noisy nights, lacking amenities
the staff was friendly and helpful during our stay.
the loud music from the nearby pub kept us awake until late. the room could have used more coffee and milk for our stay.

Absolutely great nice central hotel with very welcoming staff who contacted the management. Delicious food for all meals. Marvellous and incredible location near to ferry or taxi easy as well as public transport and places to dine in a pretty nice area.

The staff were hospitable and the hotel had a quiet atmosphere. the location was magnificent and absolutely perfect for South Bank, plus it was conveniently near the River Cat. it was close enough to Brisbane for a leadership conference while still offering a peaceful riverside experience.

The place was popular and quiet and the staff were well managed, the location was handy so close to everything. The swimming pool was clean and the breakfast was great. The service was excellent and the food was good! Could use laundry service free of charge, that's nice.

the quest hotel was super clean and spacious. it's close to shops - cafes, and the riverwalk. i loved the french bakery nearby. michael at reception was really helpful with transport options. free parking was a big plus too!
